It is suitable for strapping boxes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce logistics, book distribution, textiles, and hardware. It features high efficiency, neat and secure strapping, and labor savings. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated with carton sealing machines, wrapping machines, and conveyor lines to form a packaging line.

**Core Structure
**Main Assembly:** Includes the belt feeding/unloading mechanism, tightening mechanism, heating element, center cutter, left and right top bodies, etc., determining the binding force, welding strength, and speed.
**Frame/Arch:** Determines the maximum workpiece size that can be passed and the guiding accuracy, supporting customized height/width increases.
**Control System:** PLC + touchscreen/buttons, allowing setting of tension, belt length, packing method, and parameter memory.
**Sensing and Safety:** Photoelectric/proximity switches, emergency stop, limit switches, etc., ensuring continuous stability and personal safety.
**Standard Procedure:
** 1) Feed the belt to all four sides of the object and hold it in place; 2) Tighten the belt to the set tension; 3) Fine-tune the belt unloading to stabilize the overlap; 4) The heating element extends to weld; 5) The center cutter cuts and performs a secondary pressing; 6) Reset and pre-feed the belt to enter the next cycle.
