Three-roll mill

Product introduction

The three rollers are a slow roller, a medium roller, and a fast roller. Adjacent rollers rotate in opposite directions, with their speeds increasing progressively, and the gaps between the rollers are extremely small:

1. The material first falls into the gap between the slow and medium rollers, where it is subjected to the squeezing force of the roller surfaces;

2. The speed difference creates extremely strong shear friction, tearing apart clumps of pigments and powder particles within the material;

3. The material then transitions from the medium roller to the faster fast roller, completing a secondary fine grinding process. Finally, a scraper removes the ground product from the fast roller.

Grinding three times achieves a particle size of 3~18μm, with excellent fineness control.
