Positioning and Recognition: Sensors detect positioning features on the bottle (such as grooves, patterns, trademarks, notches).
Rotational Positioning: A three-point clamping mechanism or a cylinder pushes the bottle-supporting mechanism to rotate the bottle to a preset angle position.
Precise Labeling: A servo motor drives the labeling head to apply the label to the designated position on the bottle instantly after positioning, with an accuracy of **±0.5mm**.
Label Shaping: Pressure rollers or brushes ensure the label adheres flatly, without bubbles or wrinkles.
