Specialized equipment that automatically processes metal wire (mostly low-carbon steel wire) into various types of nails through continuous processes such as cold heading, stamping, cutting, and grinding. The core technology is continuous cold heading of wire combined with multi-station precision stamping.
Feeding and Straightening: The wire rod is straightened and precisely fed in via feeding and straightening rollers.
Fixed-Length Cutting: Cutting to a set length, with an error typically ±0.1mm.
Cold Forging of Nail Heads: High-pressure forging of the head to form nail heads (no heating, preserving material strength).
Forming Nail Tips: Die extrusion/cutting to create sharp tips, ensuring sharpness.
Discharge/Polishing: Finished nails are dispensed; polishing, counting, and packaging lines can be added.
