This high-speed automated equipment integrates the entire process of non-woven fabric (or dust-free paper) unwinding, folding, humidification, cutting, bag making, sealing, coding, and finished product output. It is designed specifically for individually packaged wipes (such as disinfectant wipes, baby wipes, makeup remover wipes, airline wipes, etc.). Its core advantages are high speed, stability, and hygiene.
1. Raw Material Unwinding and Folding: Non-woven fabric rolls are automatically unwound and folded longitudinally (1/4 fold, 1/8 fold) by multiple folding rollers.
2. Quantitative Humidification: A precision spray/roller coating system accurately adds pure water, disinfectant, skin lotion, etc., ensuring uniform humidity.
3. Fixed-Length Cutting: Servo motor control precisely cuts the wet wipe blanks to the set length.
4. Lateral Folding: Using Z-folds, W-folds, or bi-folds, the wet wipes are folded to standard sizes.
5. Packaging Forming: Packaging film (PE/PET composite film, aluminized film) is automatically formed into a bag to wrap the wet wipes.
6. Heat Sealing and Cutting: A PID precision temperature control system performs three-side sealing/four-side sealing/back sealing heat sealing, followed by positioning and cutting.
7. Finished Product Output: Automatic counting and rejection of defective products (empty bags, missing seals), continuous output of finished products.
