The fully automatic sleeve-type wrapping machine is a highly automated packaging equipment. Its core is to wrap the product with PE heat shrink film into a “sleeve” shape with open ends and sealed in the middle. After heat shrinking, it forms a compact, beautiful, dustproof and moisture-proof package, which is widely used in beverage, building materials, carton and other production lines.
- Automatic Feeding/Arranging: Products are automatically conveyed and arranged (e.g., 6-bottle/12-bottle combinations).
- Wrapping/Sleeving: PE film is automatically fed, expanded, and wrapped around the product to form a cylindrical "cuff".
- Sealing and Cutting: A constant-temperature heat-sealing knife (140–220℃) cuts and seals the product, resulting in a firm and clean cut.
- Heat Shrinking: The film enters a hot air circulating shrink oven, where it shrinks evenly and adheres tightly to the product.
- Cooling and Shaping: After rapid cooling, the product is output, completing the packaging process.
