Two cutter shafts rotate at low speed in opposite directions. The cutter uses a triple force of shearing, tearing, and squeezing to shred large pieces of material into uniform small pieces. The screenless design prevents material blockage and is suitable for materials with high hardness and high toughness.
The dual-axis independent drive + anti-jamming system utilizes dual motors and dual planetary reducers to independently drive two cutter shafts. When encountering hard objects such as metal blocks or thick steel plates, it automatically reverses to release force, completely solving the industry pain points of single-axis machines such as easy jamming and motor burnout. This significantly reduces downtime for maintenance and is suitable for 24-hour continuous industrial operation.
High wear-resistant alloy steel cutters offer long service life and easy maintenance. The cutter heads are forged from H13 alloy steel with a surface hardening treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC58-62. They can be repeatedly sharpened 3-5 times, and a single set of cutters has a service life of 1-2 years. The cutters feature a modular design; damaged individual teeth can be replaced individually without replacing the entire cutter shaft, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
With a stable production capacity of 3 tons/hour, the machine can consistently process 3 tons of mixed solid waste per hour under standard configuration, with a uniform output particle size controlled at approximately 40mm. By changing the blades with different tooth pitches, the output particle size can be adjusted to 20-100mm to meet the requirements of subsequent magnetic separation, sorting, and granulation processes.
The heavy-duty frame structure is impact-resistant and does not deform. The entire machine is welded from 20mm thick manganese steel plates, with a total weight of 9 tons. It operates with low vibration and low noise. The shredding chamber is reinforced with thickened steel plates, capable of withstanding the impact of large pieces of material, and will not deform or crack over long-term use.
