Product introduction

Core Function:

This equipment loosens, breaks down, removes impurities, and fluffs compressed cotton bales and hardened fibers, serving as a raw material pretreatment.

Working Principle:

Compacted cotton bales (PP cotton, polyester cotton, down cotton, etc.) are fed in → high-speed beaters/rollers tear and strike → the cotton bales are loosened into fluffy single fibers.

Simultaneously, dust, impurities, and short fibers are removed by dust filters/dust bars.

Output:

Highly fluffy, clean loose fibers for use in cotton filling machines.

Applicable Raw Materials:

PP cotton (7D/15D hollow polyester), pearl cotton, down cotton, raw cotton, chemical fibers, etc.
